• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• Wrong item delivered
• Product is missing parts or incomplete

Note: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

3. Return Policy

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

• All customized items (including digital standees, laser-cut décor, and personalized gifts) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Design approval from the customer will be considered final before production.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping cost (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
